The reservation can be made by e-mail. After receiving your reservation e-mail, we send you a confirmation and a booking form.
After receiving the completely filled in booking form and received the 25% of the total rent on our account, we will book the villa, apartment or studio. After we received your payment the booking is final!
The Payments
When booking you pay 25% of the rent.
The remaining 75% must be at our account, 8 weeks before the arrival date.
The accumulated deposit will be paid upon arrival in your apartment.
Cancellation
When you cancel more than 8 weeks before the rental start we will charge 25% of the rental sum.
When canceling as from 8 weeks before the start of the rental period you´ll have to pay 100% of the rental sum.
Should we unexpectedly rent out the House in this short term again, we will of course refund the balance. The deposit will be forfeited in this case as an expense allowance. Cancellations have to be made in writing. You can insure yourself against these expenses by taking a cancellation insurance.
We advice you strongly to take a cancellation insurance.
Arrival and Departure
Your arrival will be prepared by one of our employees, which speaks German, English, and Dutch.
In order to enable him to meet you at your arrival, please send us your flight number and arrival time.
Even if you arrive by car, you would meet us by letting us know your estimated time of arrival in your apartment, so he can adjust his time schedule to yours.
In emergencies we are available for our guests for 24 hours a day!
The house you rented is usually available from 16.00 o´clock on the day the rental period starts and has to be left before 10.00 o´clock on the day the rental period ends. If this is a problem, because of your travel schedule, please contact us, we try to make an arrangement for you.
