This beautifully decorated Villa can accommodate up to 8 people, has its own swimming pool and terraces between the flowerbeds. On the front side is the garden, where you can also sit down. On the other side is the driveway for your car.
Lagos is a charming and historic town with many larger and smaller beaches. In the center are many shops, restaurants and bars. The outdoors life is exciting, for everyone there is something nice to find.
For the golfers amongst you, a perfect place, you are 1 minute away from the Boa Vista Golf Resort.
And if you like going to the beach there is plenty of choice, Porto do Mos, Praia Dona Ana, Praia da Batata, Meia Prai or perhaps rather to the beach in Praia da Luz, everything is possible. The nearest beach of Porto de Mos is around 3 km.

Villa PHL Comprises:

We start this tour on the back of the house. If you drive in the driveway and after you passed the villa is the covered parking.
First you reach the covered terrace with dining table and chairs, immediately followed by the terrace with pool and BBQ.
Then turn to the broad utility, here is the washing machine, a large fridge and an equally wide freezer.
Then there is a spacious kitchen with dining table and all equipment you need, such as oven, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich machine, toaster etc.

Through the kitchen you enter the hall, which has access to the living room, bedrooms and the second bathroom.
The living room is beautifully decorated, got radio, CD player, DVD player and flat screen TV (Dutch and German channels and BBC World )... it is a comfortable lounge area with 2 sliding doors to the garden in the front of the villa.

Bedroom 1: has a king size bed of 180 width and bathroom en-suite with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 2: has two single beds 0.90 x 2.00m
Bedroom 3: has two single beds 0.90 x 2.00m
All beds are comfortable and there is enough wardrobe space in all rooms.
Access to the other bathroom is in the hall and has a bath, washbasin and toilet.

The covered terrace with dining table is ideal to enjoy a delicious BBQ.

There are several terraces, covered or in the sun .. with or without umbrella, there is always a place to find your meaning. The whole property is 1100 m².
Of course there are sun beds available.

When arriving with more then 6 people, there is a fully equipped Studio, approx. 12 meters away from the outdoor kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and an easy access shower equipment. The sleeping area has two single beds by 0.90m x 2.00m. There is a cozy sofa with coffee table in the sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4x hob, coffee maker and refrigerator.
