The property is located on a hill and can be seen through a direct harbor. The owners live with them on the approx. 7000 m² plot, approx. 70 meters from this holiday home.
Additional rights are managed through the 60m long driveway.
The owners have 6 dogs, who are very calm and well behaved and can only belong to the house if accompanied by rights.
The A22 is two km away, when the wind is blowing towards the house you can hear cars now and then.
Odiáxere is still a very typical Portuguese village, with a morning fish and vegetable market. There is a very good baker with fresh bread and personal visibility and also hearty baked goods.
There is a gypsy market every 4th Monday of the month. There are also various restaurants.

You enter this holiday home in the comfortably furnished living room with the kitchen on the left. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and oven. In the living room there is a comfortable seating area and there is a fireplace for the cooler evenings. There is also a TV, WIFI and a DVD player. There is a large table in the dining area. You reach the terraces via sliding doors.
In both bedrooms there are double beds of 1.80 m and have enough storage space.
The bathroom ensuite has a shower, a toilet, a wash basin and there is also a washing machine.
The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
There are pretty terraces on different levels, with a cozy picnic corner, sun beds and BBQ.
