This apartment is located on the 2nd Floor, so you have a wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Praia da Luz.
In the hall you have access to the living room and kitchen.
The living room is comfortably furnished, has a fireplace, Flatscreen TV with English, German and Portuguese channels and a small stereo system including CD player.
On the balcony, you can reach via sliding doors, there are 4 chairs and a table.
The new kitchen is decorated in the typical Portuguese - nostalgic style and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, gas stove, fridge / freezer, coffee machine e.g.

Bedroom 1 : has 2 Singlebeds (90x190)
Bedroom 2 : has 2 Singlebeds (90x190) and there is plenty of storage space in both rooms.
The tiled bathroom has a bath, a shower, a bidet and a washbasin.

You have a magnificent view from this apartment across the Atlantic and on the left side the beach of Praia da Luz. Wonderful to enjoy the sun, but also to sit comfortably together in the evening too.

Prices of this holiday home in the Algarve are in euros/week for 2024 and 2025
maximum 4 persons.
